    A call to Arms !!!

Might be accused of jumping on the bandwagon but bollocks to it, I’m going tues and 4 of us going to the Shrewsbury game, been watching all the games on tv but it’s not the same is it, don’t agree with us being there but can’t stay away any longer,
  2. Q

    Mock the week

“ and I’d now like to invite mark robins to the stage, congratulations on your away win at Shrewsbury at the weekend
  3. Q

    A different point

Looks like you didn’t read my post properly, I said if they’d have dropped all legal action, if they’d have done that it wouldn’t gone as far as the EU commission, sisu are responsible for this mess, they could have stopped this years ago
  4. Q

    A different point

Agree with you but the simple fact is if sisu had completely stopped all legal action then we wouldn’t be in this mess, wasps and the council are just as much to blame, but there’s only one party that can put a stop to all this and that’s sisu, we need them gone

Sky Sports report that SISU attitude has thawed

It’s just said on sky sports “ sky sports understands Coventry owners sisu are open to talks over Ricoh tenancy with wasps”
  6. Q

    Butts

Isn’t this sisu just waiting to see what the result of the appeal is, if it’s turned down again we’ll be back at the Ricoh if it’s upheld, or sisu take it any further ( if they can ?) then wasps still won’t let us play at the Ricoh,
  7. Q

    Butts

One little problem, the bloke who owns the butts doesn’t know anything about us taking over his ground, think they might need to speak to him first , never going to happen
  8. Q

    Butts

Agree with this, they know they won’t be able to play at the butts, council stopped it last time and they’ll do the same again, council want sisu gone, they’re not going to help them
  9. Q

    Stadium Deadline

You think maybe that’s why sisu are talking about a ground share, might make Hoffman come back with a better offer, or is that just wishful thinking
  10. Q

What attendances will we get at "shared" home grounds ?

Good point, I still think there will be a deal done at the Ricoh, someone will back down
  11. Q

What attendances will we get at "shared" home grounds ?

seems a bit odd they haven’t asked the fans which of the 5 grounds we’d prefer to travel to ? Has there been any contact from the club through the Trust about the groundshare

New Statement from SISU re. Council

Groundhog day, only problem is Hoffman can’t afford what sisu would want...
  13. Q

    CWR tonight

It’s not the other 4, Walsall didn’t want us last time, they won’t want cov fans in Birmingham on the same day all the other clubs are playing, won’t be MK dons ( nice ground though ) that leaves Northampton...it’s all been done before ready to go
  14. Q

    CWR tonight

    It’s northampton again
  15. Q

New Statement from SISU re. Council

Obvious that ccc have sided with wasps to stop us playing at the Ricoh, and can’t see them saying “ of course you can have some of our land to build your new ground on” not defending the council but if they’re trying to get sisu to sell isn’t that what we all wanted, think that’s what their plan...
  16. Q

Is this a conundrum? If we do ground share..

You know what, your right, every few years we could change grounds, we could go on a little tour of the midlands, and change our name to Coventry wanderers
  17. Q

    Woodlands

Your right, let’s give them the benefit of the doubt, I think they’re just misunderstood
  18. Q

    Woodlands

    Fair point ,
  19. Q

    Woodlands

True, it’s definitely big enough for both, it would be hard for the council to justify why they wouldn’t agree to sell some of it for a new ground,
