Our midfield lack tanacity and not direct enough imo it's okay playing in nice little triangles but more of our passes go sideways and backwards than forward, so the opposition have a bank of 5 at the back 4 in midfield cutting the options forward wise waiting the inevitable mistakes as Burton did.

Think in fairness he's one for the future Cole and Maddison may not be here for next season and I agree being number 10 with a couple of hard nuts around him he may well blossom he is the same type of player as Man City's David Silva so I wouldn't right him off just yet.

Our next 8 matches are all against teams where a top team will be favourites by the bookies to win, of course we are unlikely to win them all but should and perhaps must win 6 our squad is good enough that's what I mean by in our hands.

Reference Ramage I thought he was okay I'll give it he's no sprinter but he held his ground and was more no nonsense than others. At this level most defended are a bit slower than the forwards but overall he was okay imo.

It's pissed down almost every day for weeks and Tuesday we played in a deluge what do you expect ? And it's the same for both teams it's a case of adapting properly to any conditions we come across.

Having an off day doesn't mean Fleck wants away it happens. What I want now is for whoever comes in keeps Fleck out that way we improve

Tinkering with teams is a modern trend, I suppose I'm a bit old fashioned but for me you have a best team and play it unless there's an injury. You can vary things and tactics with clever substitutions.
