Can't disagree that it brilliant when a manager sets his stall and knows what he wants and works to build his team. If he fails it's on his terms but I do feel that Robins is a leader and has been clear in his vision. With him in charge I can see some of the clouds have already dispersed and...

I take your point but at least give them a chance to shine or fuck it up.

I appreciate many of you have seen these new guys in the flesh in ONE game and I haven't but surely we have already seen enough players who shine in the short term and offer nothing longer term. Why not wait a few games and see who is the cream and who is just just not good enough?

Dion Dublin Hat-Trick 20 years ago

Hard to argue too much with that. He is number two on my list behind Tommy Hutchison. From his first game at QPR he was a hand in glove fit for us and added so much to the team whilst here. I would have loved to have seen him up top with Robbie Keane.

Old songs not heard anymore ...

You can really see that Wolves were our big rivals in the songs from the 60's/70's. Great name Red house coaches btw! How I look back on those trips with such affection and yet at the same time I must have spent so much time in fear during those days. Some stories I can tell!!! We all hate...

    Could Baker now return?

Couldn't disagree more FP, if a player gets us up this year then it's paid its way. Yes ideally you want to plan for the future but we need to get out of this division as a priority.

Old songs not heard anymore ...

In the shower Bob, I can be heard singing songs from the 60's 70's and 80's on a regular basis. You are welcome to join in! One that we don't hear anymore that I never liked but always was a favorite(choose your hatred)around the country was "We hate Nottingham Forest, we hate Everton too(and...

    Jodi Jones - 100k?

We have gone down, Mowbray has gone, blaming whoever doesn't help us win games. Let's get behind the manager and team we have.

    George Thomas

Why do say his head has been turned by agents? Is he not capable of summising that his prospects are better at LCFC than with us. Frankly only an absolute fool would turn down the opportunity and set himself up for life or a good part of it, even if he fails. He is infinitely better off...

    George Thomas

Good luck George, best wishes in future and thank you for your efforts which sadly are not appreciated by many on here. #couldntspotaplayerifitbithimonthearse The reason why I think he will succeed is because of the effort he puts in and surrounded by better players I hope he shines.

    Kyle Reid

Agreed but looking at the Colchester bulletin there you wonder why we didn't put a bid in for him! He sounds a great player.....,,

    Kyle Reid

Great that Reid has been moved on,even if only on loan. Any transfer, even Neymar, is a gamble and some work, some don't for various reasons. I think that Reid is surplus to Robins requirements and going to Colchester will be a wake up call to the player. If he thinks he is better than league...

Average player in an average team....then you remember 14 wins and 14 draws in 93/94 in the premiership........not so shabby!
