I am coming down on Saturday and have been trying to buy tickets in social distancing blocks. I believe this can only be done by phoning up but so far after 10 attempts and leaving a message I have not been able to get through. Any ideas?
We also had Gary Caldwell from them in the same season. Kerr only played a couple of times, not sure whether him or Jamie McMaster was worse but they were both shit
I've not seen a lot of Gyokeres having just managed 2 games this season but when I saw Burnley play he seemed similar to Wieghorst who they had just bought
I was in with Newcastle fans at WBA with my friend and we were blocked from leaving by the police who were standing between us and the locked gates & the Geordies started singing it in their faces. It was very confrontational & uncomfortable.
Newcastle used to sing a song (may still do but it's years since I've seen them live) aimed at the police about a criminal called Harry Roberts who shot dead 3 policemen in 1966
I've got a 59 plate C30 diesel & you're right, it's a great car to drive.
I also have a BMW F800 for when it's dry & warm although will hopefully be changing that to a Honda CBR650 later this year.
I would choose Ali v Foreman, Seve winning the Open & Usain Bolt winning 100 & 200 at World Championship in 2009. 3 great sportsman whose appeal transcended their sport and got even those not interested in the sports to watch.
I think the away fans were in there in 87/88 for a few seasons and maybe before as well. I remember waiting for a Man Utd supporting mate to come out after they'd beat us 4-1 when Drinkell got a rare goal
I was at the 2-2 draw at Gillingham after being 2-0 up and the loss at HR in the replay, the 4-2 loss at Wycombe and the lucky 1-0 replay win at Woking.
That is so sad & as someone who has also had to make that terrible decision I know your pain. Even in such a short life he will have left you with some incredible memories.
