I don’t think you will see much else at the moment, it becomes available nearer to kick off. If it isn’t actually saying there’s an error it might just be too early? If I log in to the app there is no sign of a live game, just the ‘upcoming games’ and ‘latest videos’. I’m assuming it will work...

Does it say anything about access an hour before kick off?

Are you all logging in on the iFollow app or on browsers? There’s often issues with browser access that can be solved by using a different browser, turning it off and back on etc. At the moment it just says “access will be available 1 hour before kick off” when I log in (on a phone / safari).

They aren’t sending passcodes, you just log into iFollow and it should work assuming you used the same email address for iFollow and CCFC account. Just checked on my phone and it says “available from 1 hour before kick off” so I’m assuming it’s working for me.

Email the club. Do you have an iFollow account and a CCFC account with the same email address?
