Agree .. you probably have a point there. It just the last minute bit that really gets my goat.

But they finally done one right thing and its positive for once. The last minute bit does bother me. I do sometime feel they use this same method when targeting players. By the time they are waiting for the last minute they are gone to another club.

If what Cheifdave says is accurate then it is sort of pissing around when they could have paid ACL directly as instructed by the FL. It will only slow down the process of a quick return to the Ricoh do you not think?

I suppose if they paid the rent on time then people wouldn't have moaned.. but anyway they have finally done the right thing so lets move forward and hope they do the right thing tomorrow and then the days after.

Yes .. also would be even better with CCFC playing there with a reasonable rent and options to fairly buy out contracts which will enable CCFC to make a profit on the revenues from each match, and on top of that they get matchday sponsorship deals too.

Its a joke isn't it. It like my company sending its customers an email announcement everytime they have paid the bills. This is not the way a football club should be run.

Well dropping any chance of an appeal against them is not an excuse. Any business will do the same, can't see why ACL should be any different.

Why they could not do this earlier is beyond believe. They are a baffling lot which I can never understand. I fear now they will tell us in tomorrow deadline that the Appeal is on, so predictable. Everything in the last minute and we wonder why we can't get decent players if they are playing...

Off Topic Question.. do City sell Season tickets for Saturday game only?? It useful if fans like myself work away from home during the weekdays and come to Coventry over the weekend. I'm sure in the future when we are at the Ricoh, the season ticket numbers would be higher for Saturday matches.

Agree... we are kidding ourselves.

Not a SP fan but being a realist... even Alex and Jose will struggle with what SP has at his disposal. We will never know as Jose and Alex are used to spending millions and would not know what to do with a bunch of Loans and freebies but SP has got that experience on his belt.
