Maybe Otis, if he believes he's going to get a kick. If he has enough sense to know he won't then he might consider staying for a season and getting a bigger payday when he goes in a bigger deal in 12/18 months.

If the lad wants to stay it would obviously be better to keep him, he'll be worth a lot more in 12 months after he's torn a hole in L1. But if he wants to go then yes, sell and get a loan back, although that uses a loan space for the whole season.
