The potential EFL AGM is on 25th Apr and the last Ricoh match is 28th April.
I'd expect a lot of trouble if that AGM goes ahead and there is no clarity by the final game.
Agree, it is not a sensible business or PR move if the existential threat of litigation is removed.
However I can't see Wasps signing anything unless contractual penalties can be applied in the event new litigation is started.

An elected Mayor (a new post) is completely different to the (ceremonial) Lord Mayor.
