Wembley has members. Club Wembley is basicly a membership that lets you buy hospitality tickets. So I think they get first refusal. Might be worth calling club Wembley and seeing what the process is for hand backs

I think thats for the 3rd party site that helps with visa applications. Basicly pay a fee for noting. As you should apply on gov.uk I would guess Ronald would need to go to a UK embassy to have things speed up. Or if someone here deals with Gov and has contacts.

Can see a huge amount of movement now for the next few hours. the front rows in 535 and 536 are selling buts lots left. So I assume at 3 any blocks not open will be opened up and then that will be it. (unless there's corporate/club Wembley handbacks)
