    Advanced talks with Walsall

Which idiotic developer would trust SISU to pay them for building the stadium ?
  2. Danceswithhorses

So where is the CCFC football trade?

Leeds were docked extra points because they had to force a CVA through, as HMRC wouldn't agree to it.

    Pressley wants pacy winger

Why would any quality player with ambition want to sign for a debt-ridden, homeless, basket-case of a transfer embargoed club like us ? Nice one SISU...great job.

Nice Work Tim - Telegraph interview today

Is it me or is the CET website really slow all the time ?

    P45.....

Player registrations are different from player contracts. Allegedly, the players registrations are in CCFC (with the golden share) and player contracts now in holdings...what a mess.

    P45.....

Normally that would be the case, but not so in this instance i think...good thinking though. The players contracts were probably just rolled over into the new company, meaning their employment was continous. The only difference to the players would be payslip details-change of employers name and...

    Emails to The Football League

Well Done Liam-nice effort mate. I do hope you put some paragraphs in though, as it's a bit offputting seeing a big mass of words-it could be the difference between someone reading it or not.

Latest: Fisher says 'no chance' of CCFC playing at Ricoh

I wonder how long it will take before SISU threaten us with their 'nuclear option' ? ie if we don't give them what they want, they WILL liquidate us. As they have no loyalty to the city, the football club and the supporters, they would of course have no problem doing this. Unfortunately for...

    Petition now 6,000

Good man...have a soft spot for Walsall myself. Had a couple of mates who lived in Streetly and i used to go up to the Bescot when i wasnt following Cov...used to love their balti pies. Not so sure about the nightlife in Walsall tho...mind you this was some time ago lol

    fair play to the CT

I've signed, and would urge everyone to sign and get their friends and family to sign too - hopefully one day it will sink into SISU that they are not wanted, though i'm not holding my breath

    Yam Yam Land

Have a bit of a soft spot for the saddlers and used to go up there occassionally and catch a game at the bescot with some friends, but i will NOT go there to watch Cov 'home' games, despite the lure of the chicken balti pies

    Suitable grounds within 30 miles

Sounds great for you Grendel. Sadly its crap for the other 99.9% of sky blue fans. Spare a thought for the rest of us, whilst eating your prawn sandwich in Northampton.

Golden Share Could Be In Holdings After All

Wouldn't that be perfect for SISU lol Rumour not fact. Very mischievous post TF ;)

    confirmned by the club

TF says "The fact is that we are being locked out of the Ricoh Arena.", like it's a huge injustice. Yes Tim, i wonder why ? Is it because you haven't paid the rent for over a year and tried to push the landlords towards insolvency. Guess that must have pissed them off...just a wild theory

Les Reid Tweets re where 'goden share' is....

I think Fleck was free too, but did we give them a sell on clause to sweeten the deal ?
  18. Danceswithhorses

    Golden share found!

I was under the impression that the golden share and player registrations were with ccfc, but the player contracts were with holdings...all very confusing :thinking about:
  19. Danceswithhorses

    Golden share found!

SISU could yet be more vindictive sadly. They could yet vote against a CVA for us to come out of administration. Without an agreement, one would have to be forced through using statutory powers, meaning penalty points for ccfc next season.

Ricoh a non starter for SISU

I still love CCFC, but have no love for SISU, who it appears will screw over anyone in their quest to make money...local council, local charities and even IMHO Cov fans themselves.
