    CWR tonight

So what are peoples estimates of crowds at Northampton (or wherever) should there be a groundshare? Tim's estimate of 7k if doing well might actually be accurate next season! My guess is 5000 in the first season (more if promotion is on the cards) but falling in subsequent seasons towards 3000.

Trust letters to CCC, SISU and Wasps

Boom bang a bang.. shortly followed by SISU letter and article from Reid. Entranched posturing all around. Progress zilch.

Why would we be any different

I'm waiting for it to turn out that SISU have bought a load of the bonds. :angelic:

SISU Open Letter Reply to Council

Aslo Reid took CET to tribunal about pro CCC bias in their reports for which he presumably had evidence. He quit the CET around the time of the Wasps sale so one quite reasonably assumes he had the information at that time. 'Unsackable' award-winning political reporter who left Coventry...

    Priorities

The Council should never have got involved in the Arena project at all. What they've done is create a potential white elephant with too much debt on it. Someone will suffer for that & I guess it won't be CCFC. What we don't know is what went on between SISU & CCC before Wasps became involved...

SISU Open Letter Reply to Council

Why didn't SISU release it then? It changes peoples attitudes a great deal. Also I have always been critical of Reid because of the way his writing paints such an extreme picture. It smacks of a fanatical attitude.

SISU Open Letter Reply to Council

Why did Reid sit on an email for years? He still has a perchant for blocking anyone on twitter who is in any way critical of him, his replies are like a fan club.

What are your figures? What I found on sbt arena timeline is.. 1998 31st May CCFC H Ltd accounts confirm outline planning permission received for new stadium at the Foleshill Gas works. Total costs expended to that date £150,526

There was decontamination work and the gas holders were demolished in 2002, that all happened before the land was even purchased from British Gas. Gas tower's going, going, gone! How the Ricoh Arena deal was almost scuppered before building started

If they were serious they could do it to force the issue or simply go public.

Where did you get millions on a planning application from. Those are expensive architects. I'd be thinking more like £150,000 (finger in the air for 1 to 2 man years of consultancy time).

You don't actually need to own land to apply for planning permission for it. This means you can apply for permission before deciding whether or not to buy a piece of land.

Wrong, they never bought the land or borrowed from the Council. Sky Blue Trust - 2. The CCFC Ltd/Holdings & Ricoh Build Years:1993 to 2007
