    Ian Wright: Home Truths

It was, partly. There was one particularly emotionally-charged stanza early on where he visits the flat where he lived as a kid. You could clearly saw the raw pain, and understand it as he descibed his life then. He was also very honest about his career behaviours in later life. I was never a...

    Ian Wright: Home Truths

The first fifteen minutes or so were particularly hard. That kind of psychological abuse is absolutely vile, and potentially sets the pattern for life. Horrible.

Farkin' tough watch thus far. My missus is in tears here. Too much like home truths.

A decision is expected (I say expected advisedly) today on the Environmental Impact Assessment for the new developments at the Butts Park Arena. The club and the developer, IDP, are expecting it to be nodded through, and therefore no requirement for EIA, hopefully. The development incudes: - A...

Announcement on Ricoh future today - The Coventry Building Society Arena

I seem to recall making a few bob from shares when Alliance & Leicester demutualized. Ģuess it's all over now, but still holding out hope that the Nationwide will do it and slip me a few quid. Ha. Fat chance.

Announcement on Ricoh future today - The Coventry Building Society Arena

Happily I pre-empted this by moving my mortgage to Nationwide last year. I'll still be calling the ground the Richo though. Or the Rioch. Or most likely The Gasworks. Just hoping they don't change too many seats to that nauseating black & bile colour they play in.

It'll be interesting to see if Cornish Pirates react well or badly to last week's home defeat, but I'm taking Cov to extend their winning run - hopefully with a five-pointer - this afternoon (edit: I did of course mean tomorrow afternoon. Duh). Downside is that Tiki Nayalo misses out, and for...

They're great Houch. Come up every year about early April, but take about five years to first flowering from planting seeds, so a long-term project. I've never had any success with them, sadly.

She is, but he's spot on with the up top comment. Doubt even she'd argue that too much.

George Curtis. He could take the skin off centre forwards' backs. Like a milling machine it was.

    Taskmaster on Dave

Loving it so far. Just watched the latest, and Mike Wozniak's solo fart task completion had me absolutely crying. And then, "it's an absolute casserole down there". Super stuff yet again.
