    Comedians

I go and see a lot of Comedians I go and see a lot of Comedians but gave Milton Jones a miss (which was sad as I do like him) as my ex wife and her man were there and I don't like to breathe the same air as them ;) Last one I saw was Jimmy Carr, who was very funny, but isn't everyone's cup of...

    Who would we like

You could be right, but reports are the losses have caused considerable surprise amongst other Premier League Clubs, and the BBC reports have raised the point of the comparables, and this is something other Premier League Clubs will look it. They may get away with it, just like Derby and other...

    Who would we like

I do as well. I think Ainsworth has done a great job, and feel they deserve to be back in the championship as they were somewhat cheated by Derby fiddling the finances.

    Who would we like

So the comparable of the other clubs lower losses mean nothing? Of course Everton were going to lose 4 times as much revenue as the better supported Newcastle..its obvious...well its obvious if you want to fiddle your way into meeting FFP rules.

    Who would we like

Is it last gasp? Everton have conveniently just come in FFP rules by stating Covid losses were 170 million. This brings them just inside the rules and not ‘cheating’ Similar sized clubs like Newcastle had 40 million losses and Villa even less. Why were Everton’s so high?……nothing to do with...

    Is This Just Sour Grapes?

If it was us going down and Everton look to have fiddled the system then I would want us to do exactly the same and fight our corner. It’s not sour grapes if a club have fiddled the system and cheated the rest.

    Darren Bent's Son

One of my sons mates saw his car in Dunchurch Sainsbury’s , so now I know why he was there….either that or he liked the selection of TU clothing.

    The Jones Enigma

Sad to see him go, but it was inevitable. I’d have loved him to be the player he was, and hope he can secure a contract and a decent career ahead of him. I wish him the best of luck!

Rule changes you’d like to see next season

Definitely this, it’s infuriating the amount of time is wasted with keepers doing this. I know this hasn’t really affected us, but I would stop the rule of loan players not being allowed to play against their parent club.A loan should mean a loan to play against all teams.

    Viktor off to Fulham?

Great post, and interesting to hear what Freedman had to say. Palace have signed some decent players the last few years. His comments reflect what I heard Oggy say in commentary a few weeks ago about Viktor, in that he thought he would be most in demand, as a good goal scorer is, and that he...

    The Jones Enigma

Could it be remedied with more pace in defence and a good holding midfielder?

    Next season starts now

Totally agree. Thought both he and his Jones got very involved in the end of the game yesterday, and would like to see Eccles get more game time when fit, and I’d like Jodi to stay as well.

    Match Thread Huddersfield on saturday

I think that's a bit harsh on Tavares G. He's a raw talent, and yes is lightweight at the moment but with the right nurturing will bulk up. What we don't want to lose is his pace. We lack pace all over, and his pressing late in the game put pressure on the Huddersfield defenders at a time we...

    Bournemouth fans

Well the Census details were 70K for Rugby Town in 2011, and the previous ten years had seen a 14% growth, so I think its safe to say the town population is around 80K, so we have met in the middle. I cant see how you can excuse Rugby's poor town centre whilst criticising Coventrys.. The...
