You chose 0 as an option for Blues!!

    Balance

I'd sooner have a fit Pask there, or even that Blaine Rowe/Jack Burroughs than an unfit Da Costa - though he'll never get up to speed without playing, Let's not ruin Fankaty's health/body through rushing him back.

Brave call I'm going City 0/1/2/3/4/5 Blues 0/1/2/3/4/5 Might have 10p e/w on it

    What's the rule on this?

I've noticed an increased leniency for refs letting a player take out an opposition player without any attempt to go for the ball, including when there is a break on, and no yellow card. It's giving the opposition a free chance to injure an opponent without consequence. Happened to us at least...

    Lets be realistic

Whether you are an optimist or a pessimist regarding City's survival this year, let's hope you and your family are lucky enough to be around to see the outcome at the end of the season. If so be glad that you are around to enjoy next season (should we not be allowed back in to watch in person...

    Defence

He has had a bad run; hopefully he'll pick up; it's the inaccurate ten to twenty yard forward passes that are hurting us.

It's like a marriage mate, For better or worse - just watch a few of last season's videos and relax - the worm will turn.

I think we'll improve - so no (a fit Dabo would make me confident; if he's out long term I'll be more twitchy)
  9. Sky Blue Harry H

    Defence

It's the Dabo issue that worries me the most; it affects the way we try and move forward. McCallum - who has done fantastically is cutting inside or drilling it across the defence, whereas Dabo would be forcing the line all the time, I think it is leading to us spending too much time with the...

    Defence

Think that was the annoying goal for me. We'd conceded a corner from giving the ball away cheaply. The handball was a bugger, but Callum O'Hare fought like a tiger (again) today, so I'll rarely criticise him.

??? You want us to recognise that the whole defence is shit ??? ....not very constructive....and if you find Constance, please say hi !

Thank you - I know a lot are frustrated, but that was a decent team performance. One or two individuals need to up their game, but on the positive side, I thought Walker looked a bit sharper, Hamer had a good game, Sheaf is getting stronger (although he has Kelly type nose bleeds when he gets...

    Taxi for Ohare.

Amended for you, without needless abuse
  14. Sky Blue Harry H

    Injuries

Not sure, but he's come back after a hip operation, a bit behind others re: fitness, so not surprising he's picked up a problem - needs to get it sorted, as he's a big influence on the team - though to be fair McCallum has performed small wonders covering for him.

    Match Thread Watford (A)

Scarily that's how I feel about this game. Part of me worries about Hamer. who looks like a player who (rightly) doesn't like losing, so hope he can repeat the discipline he showed last night. Get Kelly back in for this game and give Bapaga a run alongside Max if Godden / walker carrying knocks...

    Injuries

Just hope we've got enough fit' to do that. Think it will do Max good to get straight back out there. No point trying to sit back and invite them on - we need to approach all these games like the second half against Forest.

    Injuries

I've written off the Watford game (mentally), but will be watching with hope. Really need the international break to recuperate. I feel the Blues game is going to be a really important one for us (I know they all are) and our turning point in the season - nailing my colours to the mast there!

    Godden/Hamer

Hamer played with more self control last night, and niggled away without histrionics, thus avoiding the ref's wrath. Good to see.
