    A third of those are 'officially' retired so I imagine they would continue living where they are. I suspect a much larger number are 'unoffically' retired so ditto. The remainder would continue to live and work where they are now provided they meet local employment regulations.

    The money clearly isn't reaching a majority of people in the area or if it is, then they put other considerations before personal financial benefit. And by the way that money came originally from UK taxpayers, not from the EU.
