    Summer transfer window 2024

Yes I was critical of him last season but looks better so far. The only thing when we have MVE, Lati & Dasilva on the pitch we are lacking in height in the backline.

I think we did Torp. It is just he has disappointed so far?

    Summer transfer window 2024

He hides in games and strong rumours he is shy in training. He needs to prove the rumours aren't true. There were reasons why he might have been behind the curve last season. This is the season he has to prove he is up for grasping the nettle. Personally, my opinion is he will be no more...

    Victor Torp

And I don't think Torp has pace for a box to box Eight? He isn't a big enough in the tackle and a ball winner for a Six. That leaves a Ten and he just doesn't have the skill sets for an out and out Ten. He has positives but where he is lacking means he just falls between the stools at this...

    Infinity 😂

    Summer transfer window 2024

Depends on the structure of the deal. Most media transfer fees are off the mark so if you compare them you will be further off the mark.

    Summer transfer window 2024

I won't write him off, but it a massive season for him. So far he has been the biggest fail. He seems to me to have not only a lack of pace for this level, but a delicate attitude?

    Summer transfer window 2024

You just don't get it do you? What we really want is in limited supply. But if you have an extensive list send it in. The transfer market is fluid and ever changing. But sometimes you have to pursue a target over two or three windows. Of course you can just give up, panic and sign some bang...

    Summer transfer window 2024

Re CDM, I am sure the recruitment team will have been looking. Especially as before getting injured Sheaf might have been poached? However, it is still important to get the right player at the right price. Rather than just a CDM just so we can say we signed a CDM. Sometimes it can take...

    Kasey Palmer

In the pre season games Palmer played a part in most of our goals.

    Ellis Simms

No but when the ball does go into him it is decent.

Wright and Simms have totally different styles and strengths. Both also have weaknesses. But they can both be a handful for defenders. I love the fact we have them both.

    Attempted assaults on our players

I think they can downgrade the punishment but rarely happens?

    Bristol Player Ratings

Most corners and set pieces should end with about 6 yellow cards.

    Attempted assaults on our players

The ref might not have seen the punch? If he saw two players grappling, then two yellows was the right decision.
  16. Hobo

    Ellis Simms

He got absolutely no service at Stoke. At Bristol City it was only marginally better. The guy does a lot of running to no avail. Sakamoto as much as we all love him is offering no support this season to Ellis in the press. You can have the best forward in the world, but if you don't get...

    Rudoni’s Position

Agree. He has the energy to still get box to box as does Eccles. Torp doesn't and is the weakest ball winner out of the three.

    Passive

We looked totally different in pre season, now we seem to have reverted back to last seasons worst bits.

Bristol are a much better side than Oxford.
