Would Mr Shearer be of the same opinion if it were Newcastle( I know i'm joking) in the same position as Liverpool or Leeds?

    Is it Unthinkable

There computer must have a big fault it predicts Oxford would drop just 6 points from their remaining 9 games ,Rotherham would drop only 10 from their 9 games and we would have a complete collapse dropping 19 from 10 games 1 extra game

    Point per game table

You are right like me and others on here have been saying you would have to do home and away seperate to be fair .Take Wycombe if you extend their PPG average at home over the full season they would get 51 points do the same with their away games 23points 74 in total.Do Oxford's in the same way...

EFL Decision on Coventry’s future expected today

wingy and Reg The Donk I think the bubble is going to burst first if the season is not finished Premier League will owe the media £762 million in games not played. The likes of Norwich would go broke if it was equally divided (£38million each). When this last round games were sold the price per...

EFL Decision on Coventry’s future expected today

While I agree it is points per game surely you have to split home and away because if you don't you get a very uneven reading.I quoted Wycombe picked up 39 point at home from19 games and 17 away from 16 games even if they picked up 6 point from the 2away games (which form says they...

EFL Decision on Coventry’s future expected today

Feeling resigned...but not down and out!

Not only that but some have played more home and less away also who would decide who you play in those "10 or 11 games" . Under "standupforcity's" idea 56 or 57 games?

EFL Decision on Coventry’s future expected today

If they do PPG surely they would have to do it home and away seperately as most teams have a better home record than away(i e Wycombe home PPG at the moment is 2.33 from 18 Away 1.062 from 16 ) . If it's done that way I make it they would be on the same points as Portsmouth and Peterboro...

Perhaps not but would you not think the Premier League will try to finish when they can being as certain clubs already are talking of having a rough time financially.

EFL Decision on Coventry’s future expected today

It would have to be done that way the likes of us Peterboro, Oxford and Rotherham have played 17 at home while Sunderland and Doncaster have played 19.

    So when the season restarts

I'm not on about when it restarts i feel with that sort of money (average of over 38 million pound per club) I think it will finish whenever it is safe.

    So when the season restarts

Everyone in the P L would get less. The pot would be split up 21 ways not 18.By the way if the Premier League is not finished the T V companies will be liable to recieve £762 million back.Me thinks it will be finished'
