    Baseball Ground

That’s not the kind of slope the baseball ground had. It didn’t slope from one end to the other, it sloped from the middle of the pitch to both sides :)

    Baseball Ground

The pitch was also higher in the middle than down the sides. Watching from the sideline, you couldn’t see the ball on the other wings.

Match Thread Derby County - Coventry City Match Thread - Tuesday 11th Mar

So you think we’ve been shit then? I think we’ve been decidedly average, and managed to get a great run of results from it, that’s great, but if we have ambition to stay in the play offs and then get through them, we need to be better. don’t get me wrong, I’m not unhappy about the results...

That result was coming. We couldn’t continue to play poorly and get away with it. The results, good as they are, can’t mask that we have only played well in one or two games, and still gave goals away in those. Now that loss is out the way, perhaps we can change it in games to come.

    Funniest moment yesterday

I think we should stick to "your mums your dad", to show that we're all edumacated..

    Ellis simms

I’ve seen a marked improvement in Simms effort since Frank took over the reins, but not so many goals from it. he's having an average season, as others are too, although he wasn’t getting as many minutes under Robins was he? As much as we can talk about how good we are because of the results...

    Referee

The way I saw that was Gallagher yanked Dasilva back as the ball was played to get a yard on him, a clear foul, that the officials missed.

    An apology

    I bet he did….

    Ellis simms

So you agree, getting the CF to do that, then crossing the ball to the far post Is intentionally missing out the CF ? ;)

    Ellis simms

And yet you see simms occupy the near post area while crosses are sent to the back post for the winger running in, and it’s worked quite a few times.

    Rudoni injury

Didn’t Bryan robson have recurring issues with a shoulder injury? seem to recall he went off in one of our games with that problem.

    Landscaping Recommendations - Nuneaton

You should try blue skies, very good, (must be with a name like that) I’ve used them, but pricing is always dependent on difficulty of the job.

Video BOBBY THOMAS SCORES STOPPAGE TIME WINNER AGAINST QPR! 💥

Their defender says he was pushed, I don’t see anything wrong with the goal. They went down hoping for a free kick I guess

    QPR Player Ratings

Not sure why Rudoni is getting high marks tonight. He worked hard, but nothing worked for him except 1 cross. His passing was off, as was his control, as was his crossing, mostly. Looked tired to me. i like him, but he was a 5 tonight.

    Bobby Thomas

Passes that get cut out are unfortunate, but still could be called bad passes, it’s the ones where he directly passes to an opponent that are the issue. He’s not our worst CB, but his bad passes do cost us.

Match Thread Coventry City vs Leeds United - Match Thread - Weds 5th Feb 7.45pm KO

Leeds were excellent, we made far too many errors, and they gave us a lesson in how to pass to your own team. (Amongst other lessons)

    Close quarter control

He still looks good in a race to get back, but his defending hasn’t actually been that good this season.
