Did sisu really think they'd be forgiven??

Our highest league attendance was 15,000 that year. Gillingham aside, I think we'll beat that a few times this year if we can stay around the play-off zone

    we're 5th. 6 undefeated!!

I do worry about goals this year. I think that's down to the formation change as much as personnel. I think we will win a lot of games by 1 this year.

Pressley signs 4 year contract (McFarlane + Murray)

Brilliant news :-) (I will make up the required amount of characters by telling you that that photo cracks me up.)

    Are you going vs Yeovil

I imagine there must be a reason why we cant do this, which someone will be quick to point out but why cant we have people standing outside the ground on full time, selling tickets to people as they are leaving. Especially after a win when you are carried away enough to make an emotional impulse...

    Best CCFC atmosphere since????

Although the crowed wasn't as loud, the Preston JPT game stands out to me. Can't say anything rivalled Friday at the Ricoh though and I was there for the other two big gates. It wasn't just the numbers, there was just a general feeling of positivity on Friday that I've never felt before.

    Fan Base

Have always lived in Balsall Common so I'm equidistant between Coventry and Birmingham. Not sure why I followed Coventry or football at all! I come from a non-football family so had no one to take me as a child. It sounds quite sad now looking back but I used to go once a year, as my birthday...

    Sir Waggott

I think Mr Creosote had quite a lonely Saturday night and winding up coventry fans was his only source of entertainment.

    Reda Chants

I had that tumbleweed moment on Friday when I tried to start; "we fought sisu and the fans won" to the tune of we fought the law

A few myths laid to bed last night.

I agree with Grendel on this one. The attendance should and I think will be close to 20k. I would expect about 3/4 of last nights gate to come back. Add to that the people that were "gutted" about not getting tickets, people that couldn't make it because it was a Friday, and people who watched...

    We're back!

The football leagues comments are hilarious. Its Like putting someone in a coma and then expecting praise for turning on the life support machine. Anyway, couldn't be happier. I don't even care watching us lose 8-0, we get to watch our team again :-)

    Cardiff Protest by Trust

For me, the only way we are going to make a point is by doing something drastic that will stop play. I know its not fair on the players but to be honest why should we care about the players. They don't care about the club. I'm beginning to think no one does, including the fans. If 100 or so fans...

Football League statement - Coventry City

Surely it has been left too late for this season? Are you allowed to change stadia once the season has started?

Bad news: negotiations are not taking place

Whether you are sceptical about Michaels efforts having any positive effects or not, he's having a go, for the good of us fans. If there is a 1% chance it will aid our move back to the Ricoh, I support it and commend anyone's efforts to that effect, however futile they may be. There is no...
