    Baka departs

No substance to his game, a headless chicken, doesn’t offer anything positive, wont be missed.... That’s enough about Grendel. Good luck Baka and thanks for your efforts in our shirt..

    Taxi cancelled for Robins

True but I am sure we can think of some who are wrong most of the time..... but enough of the negativity. When do you think the league one champions parade will be held?

    Taxi cancelled for Robins

To be fair he has got cc84cov, Brighton Sky Blue and you know who for tactical advice.

    21/22 season expectations

Unusually we conceded quite a few direct from the kick off with Bristol City, QPR, Bournemouth coming to mind. We also fell asleep after half time, was it Preston and Cardiff? The penalties given against us were too many to list and they were costly. So wake up before kick offs, give away half...

Prepare for no positive media reaction at all...

I am delighted we are going under the radar. O’Hare for example would be higher profile and, although it would take a Grendel not to see the great job Robins has done I want him to be our secret and not coveted by bigger and richer clubs than we currently are.

    Repeat score

Yes we did, at home to Liverpool and at Highbury. Barnes hat trick after we took an early lead and four goals at Highbury in the last 8 minutes as Oggy mentioned today. Both games against the champions. We actually played well until Limpar let loose. First away game the next season we played...

    21/22 Summer transfer mega-thread

No you are right. Actually Boosh having lived with a generation of abject shit I would have hoped that Robins would have been given some latitude within our fanbase but perhaps that was asking too much.

    21/22 Summer transfer mega-thread

When Kelly got injured against Stoke recently trying to prevent a goal against, when Marosi took a boot in the face they did it wearing our badge and to call anybody injured in the line of duty a failure actually shows where you are from. Hiwula top scorer? a failure? Development players who...

    21/22 Summer transfer mega-thread

You missed out Hiwula and as stated Andreu was injured in our name. I think it is pushing it to say that Allessani and Wakefield were bought as first team players when it was stated they were development buys and whilst agreeing that the others never shone in our colors or are yet to shine, the...

    21/22 Summer transfer mega-thread

Luke Thomas, Andreu was injured playing for us, Allen was part of the squad that won League One So now we are over a 50% per cent rate of success, I would say in football terms that is not so bad.

Announcement on Ricoh future today - The Coventry Building Society Arena

As a name goes I totally agree the Ricoh has been fantastic.

    Todays games

We have been well beaten by better teams several times this season but I can't remember being schooled by a team like Luton did to us at the Ricoh in December 2018. It was men against boys. They were truly outstanding.

Agreed...I like to see how he measures up with Max and discuss it on here all close season.

    Max biamou

But what happens when he scores shitloads of goals over the next two seasons? Will there be an inquest into why we let him go without a sell on clause? Will threads be bumped about his legendary prowess in front of goal? Why didn’t we see what we had in front of our own eyes?

    Peterborough

He didn't score that amount for us because he couldn't be bothered half the time, went down like a lead weight most of the time and we did realise what we had. That is why he was off loaded. Well done to him since though and that is him rectifying his mistake.

    Peterborough

JCH is responsible for his time at Coventry City and if he put half as much effort in to his time here than he has done since he would have succeeded. In fact I credit Mark Robins removing an issue within the squad and I credit JCH with knuckling down and putting his career back on track. I...
