The Council were orchestrating things before even the notice to appoint administrators that popped out during the Blackburn game on 2nd Nov. They were dealing directly with NEC group and setting up a deal as late as 30th Oct, and were desperate to get it done to the point of offering indemnity...

That is absolute bullshit of the highest order!!

Gilbert mentioned it on the radio last night. Something along the lines of "when I tried contacting him yesterday(?) it appears he could have blocked my number" (after having talked to him previously)

How long was this "mirrored arrangement" for? Guessing it was just until the end of the season? Also as someone else put it... how can you sign something from somebody that doesn't yet own any lease??

Council hate the owners. They are willing to shaft them at the expense of the club. Have been for a while, and still very much the case by the looks of it.

Ask him why they chose not to insert a clause - within their power - to keep sub lease conditions for ccfc...

Said if before (not sure how it works- bit it was explained as possible by some on here) CCC had the choice/chance, as freeholders, to transfer original sub lease conditions to Fraser group. (Or any buyer) They obviously chose not to...
