I'm not into this bitter-ex revisionism. MvE has been a great player and character at the club and will have a great career. I'll remember his time fondly. We've replaced well and will make a decent profit while he goes to a top division. Something everybody can be happy with.

I think a lot of teams would do ok if they had 1 attacker injured tbh.

By front 4 I mean Wright, Saka, EMC and Rudoni. One of them out and the drop off is significant.

We’re trying to get out of the championship though and a good way of doing that is ensuring we have a better squad so we don’t fall victim to injury issues depleting us as much as it does the rest.

I think if we lose 1 of our front 4 we get a lot worse quickly and if we’re serious about top 6 we need competition and quality to replace/compliment/ compete.
