Burge was unfairly treated by the large majority on here. He made mistakes but when you watch the league one goals, the standard of keeping is shocking throughout this level. I don’t think we’ll get anyone vastly better than Burge tbh but we’ll see in a few weeks. I was genuinely embarrassed...

I dunno, I think we’ve got three players in Bright, Sterling and Thomas that we might not get as good quality replacements next year. This could be our shot.

I think that’s a bit harsh. I think he’s been generally good. His role is a bit different to when he first broke in but he’s become a regular starter in his first full season (I know he came in quite early last season). Don’t forget how inexperienced in men’s football he is still.

That’s what I mean though, why have Tranmere been sitting on this gem and not been playing him? Cian Harries was playing in league 1 with us at the same age.. why has he not been deemed good enough to play in non league but tipped with all these big clubs?

Surely even at 19 if he was any good, Tranmere would’ve been playing him?

We really miss biamou. He linked play so well and JCH doesn’t do that and doesn’t score either. It’s even more frustrating because I think our defence is as good as it should be for this standard but barring Luke Thomas our midfield and strikers are way off.

Sadly probably 50% of those fans won’t know about their losing run, they’re not actually fans, they just go because it’s an event.
