I think hes been excellent this season. Must admit I think the centre back pairing of Hyam and Davies are a bit too similar. I think we've looked steonger when we've had Willis' pace alongside one of them.

Hes such a threat and works unbelievably hard but his decision making is dreadful. I honestly think he must have missed about 20 guilt edge chances this season. As the season has gone on I fully expect him to miss when he goes through on goal.
