    We NEED to appeal that.

The margin of error is around 15cm when you factor in frame rates, speed of players and speed on the ball. But you also can't reliably draw lines based on something in the air like a shoulder so that adds something else in. Which brings us back to clear and obvious. Nobody would have an issue...

    We NEED to appeal that.

given that the camera is not dead in line how do they account for the parallax angle when deciding if a shoulder makes someone onside of offside?

    The game has gone

This, I've posted this so many times when VAR has been discussed on here and I don't know why the press won't pick up on it. The technology is simply not up to the job of making decisions that tight, the margin of error is significant. Other sports manage to factor this in, umpires call in...

    Back to Black-Amy Winehouse

I've worked with bands who have members absolutely fucked on all sorts of things and nobody in charge gives a shit as long as the money keeps rolling in.

My Semi Final Tickets Have Arrived!

while its not the best response I'm sure this would work. people turn up at shows and events all the time having left their tickets at home and go to the box office to get new ones.

Match Thread Coventry City v Manchester United - FA Cup Semi-Final

Slightly surreal hearing Ten Hag talk about us being dangerous and them needing to play to their best to beat us!

    Fa cup tickets

Certainly happens at every gig. Blocks are kept back for guest list, press etc and released a few days before the show. Not uncommon you can buy a ticket on the day for a show that sold out in minutes.

Do you want to discuss boring politics?

Why do we even bother with PMQs if the PM is under zero obligation to take it seriously or answer questions?

    Fa cup tickets

We must have had them as far back as 2005 as we had those flexcards when the Ricoh opened where if you weren't a season ticket holder you could load your match ticket onto a card rather than be posted a paper one. Still got mine somewhere, might have a look for it and see if its the same number...

    Fa cup tickets

Surely not because of yesterday. I can't get my head round someone not going to an FA Cup semi final at Wembley because of a piss poor performance in the league

If they started doing that the ground would be half empty every week

    Fa cup tickets

The only people who regularly go who haven’t got tickets before today are people who haven’t followed instructions and / or tried to keep other people’s points for themselves. Not in any way the fault of the system.

    Weight and working out

Worth point out that most people who have a genuine medical need for this type of treatment are likely to already be on multiple lifetime medications for comorbidities and are probably looking at a much shortened life expectancy. Also it’s a very new treatment and they’re looking into ongoing...

    Birmingham City stadium

It only makes sense to massively expand if you're a club with a huge waiting list for season tickets doesn't it? Anything else and you're just being a stadium you know is too big for you in the hope of future success and we all know how depressing it is sat in an empty stadium.

    Fa cup tickets

This is one of the reasons I don't get all the panic and we'll be a laughing stock type posts. There's 'big' clubs who struggle to sell their allocation Lets face it, we've been to Wembley multiple times recently and this time round the chances of us winning our incredibly slim, the chances of...

    Fa cup tickets

People are suggesting we won't sell out while lots of genuine supporters won't be able to get tickets. That doesn't seem right to me. We've had online ticketing for years and all you need to qualify to purchase a semi final ticket is to have an account on the ticketing platform that was...
