    21/22 Summer transfer mega-thread

Think he is the sort of player who will thrive off the crowd. His value could double next season.

    Ricoh Today

You used to be a trusted source for transfer information @Mr Panda (*even though you were 12 months early on the Tyler Walker scoop) - Heard anything about potential targets for this summer?

    Ben Sheaf future

Honestly be amazed if we aren't seriously in for Walsh though. Then talk of maybe offering this Colkett lad a deal really does mean would have loads of defensive central midfielders.

    Jobello is it?

Thought exactly the same. The way some of the players returns from injury this season have been managed has been shambolic. Dabo and Rose broke down numerous times. Godden also brought back too soon.

    Ex Player Watch

Middlesbrough did sign Dimi who amazingly played nearly 100 games for them!

    21/22 Summer transfer mega-thread

We were also linked with the ex Man City centre back Cameron Humphreys on deadline day. Definitely think we will look to upgrade at centre back even if we could somehow hold onto Ostigard.

    21/22 Summer transfer mega-thread

Kyle Edwards from West Brom was one I thought we may go in for. Was apparently a done deal to join on loan 18 months ago until West Brom changed their mind. Think he nearly went to Luton on loan in this Jan transfer window and I believe he's out of contract in the summer.

    21/22 Summer transfer mega-thread

In terms of Hamer not settling I'm pretty sure any human being starting a new job in the last 12 months has probably struggled let alone if you were moving to a different country. When he joined he sounded very driven that he wanted to perform in England. I would expect that hasn't changed.

    Match Thread Preston (H)

Preston I think are the worst side we've played all season. We looked very flat today. Personally think it was used as a bit of a try out for Gyokeres who was very poor. Worryingly I thought Rose was poor also. Didn't get to grips with an average League 1 striker in Evans.

    Liam Kelly

Year on year Kelly's credentials have been questioned... And he's answered those questions with interest. I can probably count the amount of poor games he's had for the club on one hand... and still have spare fingers. I honestly think he must go down as the best signing the club have made in...

    21/22 Summer transfer mega-thread

@better days you heard anything about any potential targets for the summer? Be interesting to see whether we still target players abroad. We were linked in January with an ex Man City centre back plying his trade in Europe somewhere I recall.

    Gyökeres

Didn't think much to Gyökeres the first few times I've seen him but credit to him, he has impacted each game he has been involved in of late and his workrate has been excellent. Reminds me a bit of Jutkiewicz - not the quickest but strong and seems to prefer to bring the ball onto his chest...

    Player suggestions for the summer

Would love to see us add two powerful pacey forwards who could play wide of a three. Someone like a better version of Nazon. Would also like to see us in for Twine.

    Transfer Rumour Callum Lang

Exactly the type of player I like to see us linked with. Good age, decent experience and will improve.

Match Thread Bournemouth (A) Sat 10th

Why the hell is McCallum taking corners. I genuinely can't remember the last positive contribution he had on an attack. Gets in decent positions and continually hits the first man or aimlessly floats it beyond the far post.

Match Thread Bournemouth (A) Sat 10th

Absolute gulf in class. They are the best side we have played all season in my eyes. Multiple players cost eight figure sums. Other results not too bad.

    Pask is better than Hyam

Hyam has been absolutely brilliant throughout his entire tenure at the club until probably the last couple of months. He hasn't got a great deal of pace and has been forced to play on the left hand side of the three for pretty much two seasons. Pask's pace compliments McFadzean and Ostigard. It...

    Bristol City (H)

Not read the full thread. Miles better. Formation change gave us some purpose at long last. Thought McCallum had his best game for months. Aggressive and on the front foot. Defended very well.

    Robins on CWR

Robins for the first time is really starting to infuriate me. The system/formation is absolutely horrendous. The players must hate playing at the minute. We have no out ball, get penned in and literally don't get out of our half for the large part of all the games. The January transfer window an...
