    They get round this issue by not making it law but linking it with your licensing objectives and obligations, so by not complying you will not break the law but you will lose your license. They hate pubs and are using the pandemic as a weapon to beat them with, there is not one other scenario...

    I wonder if the brakes suddenly being applied to the vaccine rollout is because they’ve been forging ahead with getting as many people as possible the first jab, but have now realised if they carry on it will be logisticaly impossible to 2nd jab everyone within the already extended 12 week...
