Agree with this. The wheels are in motion on probably about 8, as we know these deals take time and are reliant upon other deals going through. Think there will be 3/4 top quality signings. I'd be happy with that assuming Hamer stays.

That's basically a bid of £12M if you assume McNally is worth £3m and other chap £1m. Not enough!

I think; Mcfadz Labautediere 2 more top centre backs 1 perm/1 loan 1 young one. To develop is enough. As I think Bidwell can cover. may not get game time At LWB. 5 centre backs and Bidwell to cover I think is enough. That maybe a bit light you reckon?

Need another 2 good championship quality centre backs. One possibly on loan. Then a 3rd young one we can develop. At the moment doesnt seem too much coming through the academy.

Burnley are desperate for quality additions. They cant afford the £30 million proven premier league talent. They have to spend half that on the cream from the championship. This is the going rate.

On the other hand we cant let £15M player go for free. That sort of money really could and SHOULD improve the squad with 4/ 5 stand out players costing £2.5M
