I hope this match is a repeat of their match with Swansea

We look shell-shocked. Their game plan was to jump on us from the kick-off. We are just sleep-walking. I feared this. Still long way to go. We need to get at least 1 back before half-time and not concede anymore.

    Championship 21/22

https://the72.co.uk/251365/comment-coventry-citys-modern-day-miracle-and-the-messiah-behind-it/ Love the article and I've seen many like this over the last few weeks. Hard to stay under the radar for much longer. Hope the team stays humble, hungry and most importantly, together.

This will be very tough. Luton were unlucky not to get any points vs Bournemouth. They look a very decent outfit and we don't pick up many points on our travels. Time to reverse the trend and try to win this one by the odd goal. Maybe bring Hamer on as an impact sub if needed (and avoid risking...

    Annoying fans

Can'r understand sour grape fans especially when the grapes taste like fine wine. Damned if you do and damned if you don't with some. Give someone else your tickets if you don't want to be there.

Think the replacement keeper kept a clean sheet in their 3-0 win over the Blues this past weekend.

Wonderful goal by Gyo, but our defending at times has been very suspect. Lucky to be level as I thought their disallowed goal was good. Gyo looks dangerous going forward, but we need Godden to be on par with him as well. Sheaf does not look very comfortable to me and I think Allen should be...

Why our start is so important

Let's not look too far ahead, stay humble, hungry, focused and take it 1 match at a time. A bit cliched i know, but that's the only way i'd appeoach things if I was MR or a player on the team. It's been a great start, but we've got a long way to go and need to maintain this pace all rhe way...

Silly red card to pick up right at the end of an an otherwise brilliant game. Not too sure about Kane yet. Maybe play Rose in a 4 man backline?

Match Thread Cardiff - Home - wednesday the 15th

Considering Cardiff have 3 players over 6'3", i'm not sure if we should at start Allen over Sheaf. Maybe he could be an impact sub when their players tire.

    Relegation odds

Let's not get carried away. Enjoy the process and the fruits of our labour will be well worth the effort. We had a tough set of fixtures to start last season and this season has been comparatively easier. So we'll need to factor that as well. But we're 1 year wiser and have looked very...

    Match Thread Boro' Match Thread

Was unsure if dropping Sheaf for Allen was a smart move, but it was brilliant. Allen made the first goal and could have scored one in the first half. Boro could have scored from a couple of chances themselves and won the game. Moore, Dabo, Fadz, Allen, Hyam were great and the team overall played...

Agree with pretty much everything. We need guile and nous at this level. It's almost as if QPR let us attack relentlessly (half expecting us not to convert our chances) and waiting for us to tire before going in for the kill.

    Match Thread QPR (A) Match Thread - 28th August - 3PM Kickoff

2-0 flattered them. Our substitutions backfired and we should have scored from at least one of our earlier chances before they scored. Then we could have seen the game out. Anyway, we've dominated all our matches thus far and I hope we can finish in the top half this season. 1-2 key loans in Jan...

Walker ducks. Gyokeres should not have been subbed

If Gyo plays as a lone striker and we win a penalty, who would you want taking the kick?

    Match Thread QPR (A) Match Thread - 28th August - 3PM Kickoff

Think we should crowd the midfield and only play 1 striker up front in a 4-5-1 formation.
