Do shorter reps. 1mile max, you’ll get more benefit from that.

Definitely if you’re plateauing you should mix it up. Get some longer slower runs in along with some speed sessions. Reps and hill reps. Do some fartlek. Just do something different and you’ll see big gains.

I'm with Travs on that. Plenty of fluid and a very slow recovery run helps. It seems counter-intuitive to run on sore legs, but you'd be surprised how much better they can feel after.

I've swapped to BT due to connectivity issues with Sky. It's just as bad on BT so I've bought a couple of these. Fantastic repeaters plus if you travel you can connect this to external wifi and it repeats as a network that you use at home. Tiny little thing too.

Does anyone know of a decent 3d model host? Google Poly is shutting down and I don’t really like sketchfab. I wonder if it would be possible to put an engine on a private website to host them?
