I think with no segregation/ blocks closed off for the crowd, they were able to sell more tickets than we can for any game. For that reason, it will probably remain the record attendance for a while.

Just checked regarding kits, the first team photo have a sky blue Nike kit (similar to ours a few years ago), so might be a stumbling block.

Regarding 'away' fans in the home end... I remember living in a WV post code and coming to HR to buy tickets to watch city v wolves. I had to name the city skipper for the day (big mo)! Could have just given a CV postcode.....

They had one till with card and others just cash on the wba game day.
