Training ground has been closed all week. Apparently they have a round of testing scheduled for Friday and that will determine if they have enough bodies to field a team.
Sheffield Media starting to pull out the Corona cards. Asking questions as to whether they'll be able to "field a strong enough" side to complete the fixture.
I might be wrong, but not being able to "field a strong enough" side isn't a valid excuse.
What "costly" mistakes has Wilson made? As in directly cost us points? Not saying he hasn't but I've not attributed much blame his way during his stint in nets.
Not to detract from MRs success story, there are other people who require praise. Chris Badlan and Adi Viveash to name two. Both have played a massive part in our rise.
Did have one pretty bad experience in there before a night game against Stoke. Was near the pool table when a load of Stoke blokes walked in. Started chanting a load of racist shit and squaring up to everyone. Caused a bit of commotion.
Fair play to him. Really hope he gets that chance. FA Cup game looks his best chance at the minute. He's not going to start a league game and we are rarely in a comfortable position for him to get minutes.
I dont think we'll see vast changes. It's a week after Millwall and then we have a week until next game. No need to rest purely down to fixtures. Keep the core and maybe give minutes to some fringe players, without the fear of points being lost.
Just a Sunday afternoon muse. How long or what would it take for you to see us as a "Championship Club"?
Obviously, we are already in literally status but just to feel like one and apart of the furniture.
