Does sound something like that. Strange that the bondholders, or at least some of them, went through all of the hassle of crowdfunding legal advice but then didn't challenge in court. We might know in a few, but if I was a betting man I'd put a fiver on MA winning this.

In truth mate, I think expecting the EFL or FA to step isn't particularly likely. Whether that's positive or negative here I'm honestly not sure, but evidence suggests they rarely step up in these situations. For better or worse I'd guess this one plays out in court. It's like deja vu all over...
