I'd go with just people that have breakfast at work. I'm rushed off my feet here and don't barely get time for a coffee all day let alone anything else. But there's people who get here and then immediately start making breakfast then a few hours later have all sorts of stuff in the microwave.

That's the whole point. If people are told the road is closed they will walk in the road when there isn't capacity on the pavement. They also have to cross the junction which again with a road that is closed you expect to do without encountering any traffic. You can't seriously be blaming...

What made it even more frustrating yesterday was that when their keeper had completed his treatment for the 'injury' the ref did absolute nothing to stop the team talk and get the match going again.
