Another lad who looks really good to me. Goes missing less than O'Hare and is involved all over the pitch. I'd love to see his touch map from last night as I think he covered every inch. Feels like we have a few players who will grow as the season goes on and he's one of them for sure.

I like him, I think the only midfielder not quite up to the standard of the rest of the squad is Allen. I'm not sure he's captain material but he keeps getting the armband. Maybe that's because of his home club links. Generally I don't think the criticism is justified.

It's supposed to be grey by design. If it's intended to stay the original colour then it gets treated prior to being installed.

I don't understand why we always have these slow starts. Against Everton we were exactly where we wanted to be. Werder we battled really well and looked a good team. I can't say we've seen that since the start of the season.

Is that due to his age? I'm early 40's and already notice I'm not as sharp as I was in my early 30's.
