To be fair, most of their fans don't obsess over Newcastle, it's more a case of having crowds in the high 20k to low 30ks, have supposed rich owners, yet season after season managing to have teams with much lower budgets / fans attending / income finishing above them. We'd feel exactly the same...

I think their record when playing 4 at the back is statistically dreadful this season, versus 5 at the back. The highlights (goals conceded) of their MK defeat showed the lack of pace at the centre of their defence.

I might have agreed, had they not got a defence that seems totally inept. They have a few youngsters playing - including a lad called Doyle from Man City, who by all accounts has had his confidence shattered, yet they either won't or can't drop him (don't know if they take a financial hit from...

Top 2 (comfortably) this season, were both relegated from The Championship last season. Not inconceivable that the other team (Sheff Wed) might come back up too !

I think that is the target. More than that will be brilliant. We are capable of beating most of these, although we didn't manage Swansea very well last time (albeit they blow very hot and cold) All the other games we should be capable of getting something, although there are few gimmes in this...

Bristol City calling for salary cap

Watch the highlights from their last game v M'Boro and you can see the lad has talent. Scored one, made one and nearly scored an outrageous goal that just cleared the bar.

O'Hare is a Burden on the Team

Thought about this before, but he is a sort of holding midfielder who likes to wander a lot !!

O'Hare is a Burden on the Team

That's quite an interesting stat - first time I've heard that referred to, and makes sense when you consider our history over that time.A slump, followed by a rise (with most of his goals as we rose from the 'trough period' I suspect)

Bristol City calling for salary cap

Bristol City telling Celtic they couldn't afford Semenyo, as he'll be £20m. Shows what we need to be doing re: Gyo's suitors, when they come calling.

Won't happen - they don't have vegetables in Scotland, just haggis and deep fried Mars bars. Which reminds me, haven't noticed @matesx lately? Are you ok, fella?

Common Football Injuries Ankle sprains. Knee injuries. Quad, hamstring, and groin strains. Hip pointers. Shoulder dislocations. Acromioclavicular sprains. Wrist and hand injuries. Football concussions. Apologies if this comes across as being (Plantar) facetious

If you had a car that had zero value due to depreciation over the years, yet still ran perfectly well, you wouldn't necessarily ditch it just because it had zero value.
