    Captains

Suspect it will be Grimes next season as we need to have someone who is actually going to play most of the games Lampard probably didn't think it would be a good look to strip Sheaf of the captaincy and hand it to Grimes shortly after signing

Do you want to discuss boring politics?

So they claimed the figures had quadrupled but it's actually a 30% increase. Problem is people won't read past the headline so it will have the desired 'people claiming sickness are too lazy to work' effect. Maybe a better idea would be to look at why it has increased 30% Obviously some of it...

Trump is my favourite comedian of the year already

During his first term it was said that his daily briefings had to be condensed down into a one pager or he wouldn't read it. Not hard to imagine he isn't over the detail over intelligence reports.

not got any figures obv but just from a casual observation it looks fuller in there, especially for midweek games.

Bit mental that we're at a point where people are calling a 30K attendance disappointing!

    Road closures

Think the shuttle bus leaves before they open the roads. You might be better off getting that back to the station and then a quick train to Birmingham International.

Do you want to discuss boring politics?

My ex wasn't my ex at that point and was working in the NHS and disaster would be putting it lightly. Problem is when they did the 'not a top down reorganisation' what actually happened was those at the top were told to cut budgets and that never results in the people at the top volunteering...

The number of people, with season tickets, who walk through the turnstile then stop like they have no clue where they're going drives me insane. There's one obvious solution to the congestion in the concourses, let people drink in the stands but that's not happening anytime soon. Would also...

Trump is my favourite comedian of the year already

Love how he keeps talking about the Canadian border being a line someone once drew like he's made some genius discovery and the reset of the world hasn't always known this Wonder when he will learn about the War of 1812 Presumably with the realisation that borders are made up things he will be...

    Derby ratings

this seems to be a recurring issue with players coming back from significant injuries. There seems to be no confidence that playing in the U23s is of any benefit so they have to find fitness in important, meaningful, games. assuming other clubs have the same problems maybe a rethink is needed...

well that was an anti-climax but all runs have to come to an end. lets hope its like we've seen in past seasons, a one off bad result that we kick on from. slightly worried it won't be as we've had some lucky escapes in recent games. big weekend coming up. Middlesbrough will fancy their chances...

    New Man Utd stadium

the FA are reluctant to play games away from Wembley as it is but if you're going to start using other stadiums then makes more sense to move around the country rather than have a northern national stadium.

Think this has always been the rule but it wasn't really enforced with SISU. Probably as the authorities knew they wouldn't think twice about winding the club up or taking the EFL to court. Suspect now we have stable ownership there's a bit of pressure to comply with the rules and sort things...

    Trouble after the game

Have they got a higher than usual % of morons. When I was on the way in there was a small group of their fans making their way round from car park A hurling abuse at anyone who would listen. They just got laughed at as everyone walking the other way knew they were about to wander in to a group...
