Ive got a 2014 E class and a 2023 Ioniq 5. I much prefer the Ioniq but I've got the 55kw so the range isn't great. One bonus is that if its hooked up to a fast charger you can get to 80% in 15minutes.
3,000 calories a day is huge, what are you trying to accomplish? I note you mention toning up and adding muscle. If that's the case you'll be wanting to cut down to more around 2000-2300 cals with 140-200g of protein and low fat.
At your size it's only going to take minor changes to see a big difference. Fair play to you for recognising that and beginning the process of change mate.
After ballooning to 94.4kg I've started with an online PT this week. Since weigh in Sunday to Weigh in Wednesday I've lost 4lbs which is great along with a focused gym plan I'm looking forwards to getting fitter in the coming weeks.
