Blackburn sold nearly all of their 2000 allocation, so hopefully that will help keep the atmosphere at the new levels. I'm up for a sing song!!

Met Oggy in the Pet Shop

Back in the early 90s, I went to Torquay for a weekend with some mates and went into a small independent shop (can't remember if it was a sports or memorabilia shop) and there was an old City top in a frame on the wall. I asked how much it was, and the owner said it was his and not for sale...

Sooner 8 mins in Europe, than Brereton having 80 mins and travelling from Chile

Fulham game moved to sunday 10 April

Bit bored, so I'm going to speculate a decent walk up and 18,998 attendance, with about 1200 from Blackburn

Fulham game moved to sunday 10 April

Went to Wimbledon away (the boring 0-0 a few seasons back) and went in a fantastic (too nice) pub full of City. Can't remember the name, but it felt like the edge of a Midsomer Murders village than a Wheatsheaf type footie pub.

100% agree. The only disappointment for me is to go from 'exhilarating' to 'proper great' in one paragraph ; )

Good news for us - even less likely to be fit for Blackburn on Saturday, be it picking up a further niggle, or fatigue.

I fancy us in this one. Blackburn have some tricky players, but Brereton-Diaz is unlikely to be fit (in Chile), their captain Lenehan has a groin injury, and the other very good defender Van Hecke has injured himself on international duty. The big Swede and Calum O'Hare to run riot. 0-3 to...

    Wasps downward spiral...

Fair enough, yet I still think I may be right at Wasps having been disproportionately hit with the increased costs for the non matchday running of the CBS. Come to think of it, a lot of other football clubs will have been similarly hit disproportionately compared to us.

    Wasps downward spiral...

Presumably the costs of running the stadium (assuming the football bit is covered by the £1.2m, or at least doesn't extend outside of our matchdays) are met by Wasps, in which case the huge hike in energy costs will have disproportionately hit the rugby club a lot more than us (add in their...
