Biamou still has lots to offer

How do you feel his lack of pace was exposed last night? He had 2 glorious chances to score and you've just said from a tactical viewpoint the changes worked well?

Biamou still has lots to offer

Why do you think it would be the odd game when he's fired up? I mean he was playing non league 4 season ago, came back from being a joke figure in L2, came back from being bombed in L1 and has come back from being bombed in the Championship. Of anyone in the squad, motivation is the least...

    Max biamou

One of Grendel's snipes is that he doesn't get into the position to score. Max proved him wrong and right in one fell swoop tonight!

    Further Lockdown Rumours

We've just been extended until November 20th but they've already announced restrictions to our German style Christmas markets. By the time the R rate is down long enough again it will be time for the seasonal Spring peak. Sadly, and wrongly, I think UK is done with fans until next season.

I thought he was alright. Could have given those penalty handball shouts against Rose and Godden but didn't (neither of which were pens but I wouldn't have trusted VAR if they'd had the option to go upstairs). Only issue for me was he was a bit too card happy towards us and not them. But then we...

    Matty Godden

I think his fitness level is a really good point. I wasn't sure he'd step up either but his football intelligence is shining through this season. He needs that strike partner to take the sole focus off him but tonight he was magnificent.

    Cringe worthy

I can cope with the Robins is our King but it's just that crown that grates with me.

I wasn't going to ask, but can't help myself. Why do you need a fridge shelf that tells you which end is the front? Does your fridge have a front and back door? :D

So nonchalant hitting the side netting that close to the post. He had a way bigger margin for error.

    Matty Godden

Think I'd have called it quits if we'd signed him in L2 when a portion of our fan base were calling for us to sign him. Watching him waddle around a football pitch offends my eyes.

Fannies, bedwetters, wycombe lovers and drama queens sign in here

So excited by the set up tonight. It was just functional all over the pitch. A formation that our young players can grow and flourish in and our older heads can add experience to. Robins frustrates the fuck out of me on the field when it's not working because it always takes him at least 3 or 4...

    Sheaf

Allen did his job when he came on though, won the ball at left back in injury time. Shipley has had some stinkers already this year but a couple of very good performances too. They're young players adapting to the step up. Tonight they were played in a formation that allowed them to flourish...

Peterboro fans must be scratching their heads. But then so will Doncaster fans over Sheaf and even 14th placed League 2 Walsall fans knowing Bakayoko is a Championship striker :D

    Sheaf

Shipley offers a lot more dynamism going forward than Kelly. All 3 of those midfielders got box to box at times tonight which gave Reading a torrid time. It becomes a little more predictable with Kelly sitting in there. Would have done a great job with 20 minutes to go today though, no doubt.

I'm sure Reading fans are saying the same about Paul Cook but we've all loved him for it.

    Robins changes

So glad he changed formation. That game had the season changing feeling about it that 1-4 Wycombe away did last year, and the draw at Mansfield in L2. There will still be poor results along the way but this team will believe they belong here now. They've set themselves a benchmark.
