Joking aside, I'm hoping that Eccles can step up and play a part next season. He looked promising prior to his injury.

Of the three, if we have to lose one, I think it might be him - better ability than O'Hare, but I have a man crush on Cal, so he must not be allowed to leave. Gyo will be worth twice as much by the end of next season (and more if we finish in the top 6)

Looks like a big crowd, having scanned the dots again - behind the goal looking a lot more than usual.

Andy Carroll not being kept at WBA. He is still a quality centre forward - probably end u at Sheff Utd or the like (if they don't go up)

    Championship 21/22

I agree re: Sheff Utd in terms of liking them; however, if Forest don't go up, next season they will be without Spence and Johnson (possibly Davies too). They are likely to be weaker than this season as a result. Sheff Utd next season would still have parachute payments plus new owners with...

Don't mind that - I'd like to see 90 mins of Waghorn, unless he is definitely off, as I think he may still have something to offer (I may delete this post in several months time !)

    Championship 21/22

I want Sheff U to go up, as it will be one less team in the Championship with parachute payments, plus they have new owners with money.

    Next year Season tickets

Me too (I think?) Remember going most of the games, but for whatever reason, I watched the home leg of Notts County in a pub (was this not included in the ST package) Still can't fathom why I missed it?! Obviously did the away leg (which makes me think I did have a ST) Edit; I've had one...

Great turnout from the City fans again (the team deserves it). If Huddersfield bring less than 3k, that's awful considering they could still reach the autos (albeit unlikely)

    Match Thread Huddersfield on saturday

Not sure if I'm misreading it, but looking at the dots on the ticket sales, we look like having another very high attendance for Saturday. Bearing in mind that Huddersfield are bringing circa 1k more than Bournemouth, it looks like we could match that attendance - although the walk up may not...

He was better than L1 imo, but he played alongside a lot of average players, and injuries did for him. Hope he made a few quid at Sunderland.

A fit Willis would get into our current side - in fact a speedy centre back is what we need. His distribution was very suspect though.

Difficult for me. Shipley's was easily the best strike, but the Godden/O'Hare movement edges it for me.

    Crewe u23 v Coventry u23

Apologies - but this bloke looks like my long deceased Uncle Em (Emrys) from Wales - and he deserves a mention. R.I.P.

    Everton away next season

That's my only worry - although it would be funny - they'll occupy one of the top places, almost certainly.

First season for him - I think he still could step up next season, although @better days seemed to suggest he would be happy to move on next season (iirc?)

Even when we played them in L1, you could tell they were a team that always tried to play a decent style of football (unlike a Rotherham). Amazed that Lewington is still going for them. 38 next month ! Fair play to him.
