should we have appointed Andy Thorn?

Norwich were still on a high from promotion, have a large fan base and money to spend.

    Running Costs

Certainly seems to be the train of thought on GMK. He wouldn't have handed over his shares for nothing, and why else would you need to borrow 8m with another 5m being needed before the end of the season, allegedly.

Just how culpable are Coventry Council in all this?

I meant Man U aren't in debt due to a business strategy. Unless you blame having shares. Man U were well in the black until Glazer turned up.

Perhaps rather than slashing wages (buying poorer players) to hit the breakeven position you should ensure that your breakeven position matches having a decent squad and work towards that by attracting more fans in. This idea that everything will be rosy when you are no longer losing money is...

Just how culpable are Coventry Council in all this?

The Sky Blue Civil War: Ranson-Hoffman vs SISU

I'd sooner have Mandaric than Sisu, but given the choice, neither. Hoffman was giving the same type of Shilo as Sisu with his claims of the club breaking even by next season, and that he was looking for outside investors. You've all been fooled in to believing that ranson was some kind of hero...

The Sky Blue Civil War: Ranson-Hoffman vs SISU

Hoffman yesterday gave you a whole front page of bullshit. Why are you so keen to jump in to bed with him and ranson?

    The Press Conference Thread

Agreed, just seen this: 'Club chairman Ken Dulieu told today's press conference at the Ricoh Arena: "Will we have enough enough money to get to the end of the season? The answer is I'm not sure."' And yet you're in talks to buy the council share when you get the ACL share for a set price. It...
