No. No investor is going to look at SISU's record with football and think "ah a new stadium is going to make all the difference".
Plus the outstanding debt would be charged against the new asset - really isn't so different from the Wasps bond issues.

Not sure I see any difference in the "problematic potential" for Ccfc between Ashley, NEC or another 3rd party ( or indeed some prepack that keeps Richardson involved) buying ACL. All could offer Ccfc difficulties.
