I think it's fair to say that there are a number of this seasons new recruits that need some work doing on them. I want to see Simms succeed and become a better player (as with all our signings) but there's just something that makes me think that he isn't going to be able to make that next...

Need to cut out the sloppiness, the lack of care with the ball, the inability to retain the ball at a throw in, there's almost an air of misguided arrogance at times as if they think they're better players than they actually are and they can turn it on at the flick of a switch.
