He looks on the frail side physically to me - even if he's listed at 6ft2. But just as important he needs to find a voice. He's got dodgy CBs in front of him. He doesn't look like he knows how to take control of situations.

Go 1 up in first 5 minutes against a team low on confidence. Then just switch off . Good sides go for the 2nd and twist the knife.

Poor. Frustrating they can find a bit more intent in the last 5 minutes than they showed for most of the rest of the game. Genuinely don't see who on the pitch is going to lift this team to produce better performances.

I'd be curious to se the list of these 10 coaches FA said they interviewed. Claim they did interview English coaches but Howe says he wasn't one of them.

For me they lost that Test in the first innings. More sensible batting in last few overs before close and they'd have built a total that would have put more doubts in Pakistan batsmen.
