Can some on here not get it right. We need Blackburn to DRAW tonight. A win for them is ok, but a draw offers us a Blackburn win/draw option in the last game to get in the play offs (assuming West Brom don't win by about 4 at Swansea)

Hoping he is resting Giles until the play offs start. Might make Carrick even more cautious about our game - it will be on his mind re: red cards and injuries now leading into the play offs.

Whatever transpires, if we end up staying in The Championship (more likely than not, but never say never) this season should mean that the big clubs will be more amenable than ever to have their better loanees come to play for us, which should stand us in good stead for next season. Hopefully...

Why would Boro' care if they're 3rd or 4th. They'd still have 2nd leg home advantage, and finishing 3rd or 4th still wouldn't know in advance who their opponents would be, so makes zero difference to them.
