Is the holdup Hoffman, not SISU?

but if you take the view ( putting yourself in SISU's shoes) that they value CCFC as one of the small investments that didnt work they may well have written it down to nil internally already. So what happens to it doesnt actually matter to them, if they get something back all well and good if...

Michael Mcindoe - could be in SISU

Interest rates at 0.5 % and they were expecting a return of 20% per month ............. no fools like rich greedy fools ! Sounds like pyramid selling - otherwise known as a ponzi scheme. If so its a con and McIndoe could soon be living in a much smaller room as a guest of Her Majesty...

Is the holdup Hoffman, not SISU?

player sales to pay the bills perhaps? In the last 12 months SBS & L group have cashed in some of its investments, reduced costs, sold players, and got windfalls like Dann add fee - my guess is thats how they are covering the bills. However i temper that with the fact that the debt to SISU...

Is the holdup Hoffman, not SISU?

not necessarily shmeee might depend on a whole raft of factors .............. but in our case it would be difficult to find anyone who valued the worth of our club at more than £1 whatever the division. There is a legal liability by way of a loan to SISU's investors and that is the main factor...

Sisu Refuse to talk to the bbc aswell

no real surprise there then. They dont have to of course but wasnt out Tim Fisher on about better communication. and for the umpteenth time SISU do not own us !! they manage their investors funds. Sconset and Brody own the shares so own the club

Is the holdup Hoffman, not SISU?

some good points but CCFC has no value. Assets are far exceeded by liabilities. The discussion between GH and SISU is about settlement terms on the loan not the value of CCFC in championship or division 1. That loan doesnt go away or reduce if we go down.

I'd love to see a statement like this from our club...

Every club should be required to provide such a statement annually as part of league rules. Excellent and well done Evertons CEO !

Any requests for the 26th? Onye meeting London Supporters Club

How about "given the lack of investment, the financial turmoil, the apparent lack of direction, the poor playing record, the lack of connection to the fans etc etc which of the problems does he feel have improved under SISU, the Board & AT and how will it improve in the future" "how would...

    Derby predictions

my predictions - we will lose 2 nil - we will need to win 50% of the games remaining - the team will try hard but wont have a focus in attacks - lots of possession but no edge - AT will say "it was because of individual mistakes and it cant keep happening we have to learn from it" - AT will...

Some pictures from the game at the weekend. Protest before/after shots from Lloyds P

Was surprised at the figure of 9000 (a) because it was spot on that (but it is as good a number as any I suppose) and (b) because i wasnt expecting it to be that high. Based on the pictures here though, if you do a bit of revisualing to see it in full blocks equivalents I suppose it could be...

    Gael Bigirimana

Went to see the U18's play and win yesterday. They play in completely different manner to the first team. They are organised, work hard, have some skilfull players, pass carefully but positively, attack at speed and like to the ball wide to cross in for the forwards, they do not play the...

Time to confront Hoffman and Elliott

Morally maybe and if the fans do not turn up then there is a big hole in finances on that I would not disagree. But any other way you look at it then the club doesnt belong to the" fans in general" at all,and never has. It remains in the ownership of grey suits currently or the past play thing...

Time to confront Hoffman and Elliott

Really wish people would understand it isnt about valueing the shares in CCFC or its holding companies. Whichever way you look at it £1 is more than enough. The deal if there is one is stalling on the amount to be repaid on the loans and how, it has nothing to do with a value for the shares...

    Thorn on the radio...

thought AT sounded a bit lost and broken by todays result, he was lost for words and very frustrated - seems to be a nice guy but not sure he can get any more out of the cards he has to play (whether you rate him or not I think that is the case)

    The Thorn out people

reports at the time we had Henderson said he was highly rated by Sunderland and not for sale, certainly if he was there was never any chance of us affording him. We dont know why we didnt get Carroll etc only got one side of the story that may or may not be right AT will certainly be on a...

    So No Takeover Then?

Due diligence will not start until at least a heads of agreement is agreed between SISU and the bidder (maybe GH). It is a step in the process to the agreement of a deal between the two parties. It will be conducted by accountants appointed by the bidder and will have responsibility to report...

McPake plus £££k for Andrew Driver...........

two hopes of this happening .......... "no hope and bob hope". Even if we got a deal to bring in we couldnt afford the wages, and certainly cannot offer any great prospects ...... we might not rate Scottish leagues as best in world but surely their top division is better than our 3rd. Like...

    Coventry to sign Warren Cummings

We need proper cover at left back not just stand ins like Wood so it would make some sense. It would also allow AT to move McPake on and perhaps create cash for other things. Will the lad cost anything to bring in now ?
