    Now thats dedication!!!

just wondering how they can properly investigate the club without access to the records ? Not to mention that 400 pages is a ridiculous amount of pages ............ have to assume 80%+ are the signatories to the petition.

    CWR interview and books submission

As both Company House and the Football League require signed audited accounts it would make sense that they both get a copy at the same time. What the Football League will require in addition is the budget.

Waggott: We have missed our first target

We want communication from the people involved at the club..... they provide it (ok it isnt good news) ..... and we criticise them for doing it  Yes it is a nothing story in the sense everyone knows that we are under an embargo ..... but it could tell us other things perhaps - that...

Rent unpaid 3rd month in a row?

anyone buying the club would need to settle the football creditors, reach agreement with secured creditors, and then propose a CVA that was agreed by 75% of the unsecured creditors - what that would cost I do not know but certainly SISU will have a big influence on it

    Breaking News from CCFC....

Any transfer of the option to a third party has to be approved by the Charity. They wont approve it. it has to remain with CCFC Limited

Rent unpaid 3rd month in a row?

think it is 75% value of unsecured non football creditors that have to approve a CVA to come out of administration...... clearly that is going to be SISU loans so any administration will in a real sense be controlled by SISU. The ARVO loans are secured and football creditors have to be paid in...

Rent unpaid 3rd month in a row?

CWR were reporting that CCFC were expecting the embargo to be lifted in next couple of days because accounts and budget nearly signed off. That could suggest a few things - that some agreement has been reached on the rent...... the default has to be sorted out because it puts us in breach of...

    Squad Problems Solved...

Well done to the six of them .......... but it really shouldn't be big news should it? shouldnt it be more of a footnote to other stories ? .......... just shows the dire straits we are in. These lads should be given time and experiences to develop properly in order to maximise their...

    Squad Problems Solved...

perhaps given the size of our squad we are changing to playing futsal ...... seem more suited! Player Rule A match is played by two teams, each consisting of not more than five players, one of whom is the goalkeeper. A match may not start if either team consists of fewer than three players...

Income that counts towards setting the budget

Club gets gate receipts, sponsorship (City Link etc), League monies, net transfer income, shop sales and can put on its own events if it wanted to and other commercial income - so it has revenue.

    Thorn Starting to get impatient?

Thing is if AT gets 6 or 7 players in on freebies, even if Keogh and Crainie go, then if we do not start winning regularly I can see the mood of a significant proportion of the fans turning against AT (SISU or no SISU). He got the benefit of 10 good games. then he got a season of fan support...
