    Charlie Adam V Chelsea

For years and years Beckhams half way line effort against Wimbledon was played at least once or twice a season on the BBC - not any more after this.

Idiot supporters at the front ........

Not particularly, but of course spending the whole game shouting "you **cking Notts *unts " is fair game on the other hand .

"Nothing in particular " games that linger in the memory......

No. League game. I think this was the season Man City went down.

Idiot supporters at the front ........

I think you will find that this opinion is in the minority, sadly. Seems to me that if you don't scream abuse and wave two fingers (or one ) at opposition supporters than what on earth are you doing at football anyway. I will support the team and give players a rocket when they don't put in 100%...

Time to turn around the home form

It may not be pretty, skilful nor great quality but supporters will always back someone who runs themselves into the ground. .......so I've been told !

Time to turn around the home form

I am a season ticket in the North stand and I always bugger off into the East Stand. Wouldn't bother me if it was shut. :D

Time to turn around the home form

Wholeheartedly agree. The last few matches have been woefully attended, despite the overdue sacking of Pressley and the upturn in away form. Can't see anything above 8,000 for the next match. People are not convinced and have been kicked in the teeth for far too long. There are probably 4000...

"Nothing in particular " games that linger in the memory......

Are there any games that, for some reason, you never forget ? Not necessarily an important cup game or promotion/play off (ha ha) but a run of the mill match that no other teams' supporters would in the least be interested in but one which you were really glad you bothered to go to. Two for me...

Time to turn around the home form

The players need to give the fans something to get them going and build up the atmosphere. If they do the supporters, all 8,000 of them, will get behind the team. It's not a chicken and egg scenario, it has to come from the team first when playing at home. Away it's different.

Idiot supporters at the front ........

In the 1970's it was like being at the zoo.

Idiot supporters at the front ........

This idiot never once relented, not even at half time, and persisted even at times when we were attacking at the opposite end of the ground, not even interested in the game. Absolute twat.

managed to persuade my mate to come along

Maddison looked short of practise, pure and simple. Ward looked reasonable but the rest was pretty dreadful. The sad thing is I can't say to anyone that this performance was out of character . It wasn't .

Idiot supporters at the front ........

I was near the halfway line today about 15 rows back, and down at the front , in the "overspill" section on the extreme right of our lot were a group of "well 'ard" spotty teenager giving the verbals and fingers from the start of the game right to the end. One in particular, who kept taking...

Would you pay £64 to watch City?

I could get a bloody good takeaway from my local Indian restaurant for £64, or even half that. Always excellent and I know what I'm getting.

    Questions for the SCG

Pardon my complete bleedin' ignorance at this point but I have to ask, with embarrassment, what is SCG ?

Would you pay £64 to watch City?

Good point . Are city worth £20 currently ? No. Would I pay upward of £60 if we were Prem League? No.
