This is not rocket science. It is totally inappropriate to clap when people have been murdered on the streets. This is not a celebration of the life of Jimmy Hill, Bruce Forsyth, or a fund raising city fan, where we are celebrating the passing of someone who has made a contribution in some way...

...so that we don't notice. Some bits were missing. The dugout had the covers missing (I could see the blutack still on the walls) and lots of advertising hoardings were gone. Are those running our club buying up bits and pieces for our new stadium ?

Agree about Beavon. He works his socks off but if he holds down a regular place this season we will not have improved sufficiently up front for a promotion push .

Absolutely agree. We bought the tickets from CCFC, not ticketmaster or any other third party. Whatever problems appear to be beyond the control of CCFC isn't really relevant. It was CCFC that took my cash and it is they who are ultimately responsible. For them to add that it has also caused...

If, like me , you are rather cynical about the running of our club then you will no doubt be none too surprised if the "paper ticket" doesn't reach you in time for kick off. I wonder what on earth the club will think up to fix that.....as and when it happens. No doubt they'll tell us at 3.00pm...

...I doubt most teams in this league will be able to muster over 1000 travelling fans.

This season's opener will be different .....queuing with hundreds of others whose season tickets haven't arrived and then getting in the ground at half time...
